Miss Nicola Taylor

I joined the school in September 2015 as Assistant Head and Head of KS2 and was soon successful in securing the Deputy Headship with responsibility for Secular Teaching and Learning.

After completing a Law Degree in 2002, I became a Teaching Assistant as a temporary job as a break from my studying before completing my training year. Little did I know then that I would be in this position and helping to lead a large, dual curriculum school forward, as well as continuing to develop my own expertise.

I continue to enjoy working at BJPS and am proud to have helped secure our good OFSTED rating and hope that we can continue to move forward as a School. I pride myself on my open door policy and hope that staff, pupils and parents feel happy to come and talk through any problems they may encounter.
The welfare of the pupils is my main priority and I believe we are very fortunate to see the children so happy to come to school.
