Rabbi N Nadav


Rabbi Nadav gave up a successful career in the City of London as a systems engineer to pursue a rabbinical calling. Having been a pulpit rabbi for several years, he continues to speak and teach both in public and privately, is involved in editing and publishing siddurim and othe publications and undertakes a number of communal duties and projects: including Beth Din work, and preparing candidates for Giyur, gemilut hasadim projects and counselling.


He studied at Kerem B’Yavneh Yeshiva (KBY) in Israel and saw active service in Lebanon and in Judea and Samaria during his IDF service. He went on to  graduate from UCL with a degree in Electronic Engineering with Computer Science and he later received his Semicha from Dayan S Amor zt”l, under the London Semicha Programme of the Montefiore Kollel, London.


As a Foundation Governor, he is involved in several activities and projects within the school, including chairing the Limmudei Kodesh Curriculum Committee – a project developing the Kodesh education in the school employing the latest educational methodologies and techniques to provide world-class Kodesh education to the next generation, and runs a weekly ‘Sephardi Club’ during lunch break to encourage the children from Sephardi backgrounds or those interested in Sephardi tradition to engage with their heritage. He also ran a weekly class for parents teaching Talmud skills, in order to facilitate them in engaging in the learning of Mishna and Talmud that their children are doing at school.
